Can I adjust the strap size?
Absolutely. Every order comes with a complimentary tool kit to help you adjust your strap to the perfect fit. We also provide a step-by-step guide to assist you, just take your time and follow it carefully for the best result.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our timepieces come with a2-year warrantycovering any manufacturing defects, especially those related to the movement. If you experience any issues, our support team is here to assist you quickly and efficiently.
Can I remove the Seiko logo from the dial?
Of course! Just add the watch to your cart and leave a note at checkout saying:"No Seiko logo". We'll handle the customization for you—no extra charge.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are inno way affiliated with Seiko.We simply use their original movements due to their exceptional reliability and craftsmanship. Each watch is then hand-assembled using custom aftermarket parts tailored to your preferences.
Can I customize my own watch?
Definitely. You can personalize every detail, from the case and dial to the hands and strap. Whether you're going for a bold statement or a minimal look, we’ll help you bring your dream watch to life.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches have a3ATM water resistance, making them suitable for everyday situations like hand washing, rain, or splashes. However, we don’t recommend wearing them for swimming or diving.
Note: Any markings on the dial are decorative and do not indicate the true water resistance.
What materials do you use for your straps and cases?
We use premium materials such as stainless steel, sapphire crystal, and genuine leather straps to ensure durability and comfort.
Are all your watches handmade?

SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
The assembly of your customized watch typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on demand. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8 to 10 business days.
You can expect to receive your ready-to-wear watch within approximately 10 to 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive your order number by email. This will allow you to follow your parcel in real time until it arrives.
If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Then, simply head over to the Track Order page on our website, enter the email used for your purchase and your order number to follow your package in real time.
How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offerfree shipping on all orders, no matter the destination.
There are no hidden fees for standard delivery — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Where is my order confirmation?
Your confirmation email is automatically sent within 1–5 minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, please check yourspam or junk folderfirst, as it may have been redirected.

Can I cancel my order?
We allow cancellationswithin 24 hours of placing your order. If you contact us right after purchasing, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it enters processing.
After this window, your order may already be in production or on its way. In that case, cancellation won’t be possiblebut you’ll still be eligible for a return after delivery.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
Yes, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’sunused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges are also available at no extra cost in the case of damaged items or shipping issues.
Please note: Custom-made watches are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
